KP Technica is actively hiring for a Revit Modeller for our new office in Cebu who will leverage proven 3D modelling experience, and work with our design team. This is a 6-month rolling contract role working office hours in the UTC+1 time zone. The role will start initially remotely with office attendance in Cebu city required after Covid restrictions are lifted.
Significant experience using BIM and Revit
Working on the design and detailing of Mechanical and Electrical services across Data Centre, Biopharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Commercial
Work closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to provide project coordination documentation.
Reporting to the Design Manager, and Design Lead in maintaining the project design schedule.
Requirements
2+ years experience in modelling mechanical and electrical systems within a consulting engineering office or building contractor
Proficient in BIM and Revit in the design and detailing of mechanical and electrical services.
Proficient in management of Revit hosted projects, from Sample Project template setup, detailing of bespoke and generic families and systems, view and sheet setup, design and detailing, model delivery and handover.
Experience in the coordination of mechanical systems within heavily serviced buildings. Coordination of design with other services, structure and architectural model etc.
Experience in modelling of HVAC, water systems, soils and waste, gas supply, etc. required
